With an active and paid subscription, LobbyFox warrants to the original end user customer of its hardware that its hardware is free from defects in material and workmanship. LobbyFox warrants to the original end user of its hardware that hardware that is damaged during use will be replaced. LobbyFox will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its hardware that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement hardware will be provided by LobbyFox on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
