A visitor type is an identifier for a check-in process. For example, contractors may need to be shown safety videos, deliveries might require someone notified, or walk-ins prompted to fill out a form.
Set up a visitor type for each different check-in processes you want to use.

Employee List - In order to populate the system with your employees, we need a spreadsheet following a format that can be found on the next page.
Visitor Agreements - Any visitor agreements you will need signed, such as safety waivers or NDAs. Our customers usually have a single, general visitor agreement.
Company Logo - Ideally a PNG with transparent background.
Videos (optional) - If you have videos you wish to show visitors, please upload them. You may choose the visitor types to see them after initial setup.
